JetConvectionTM ---Convection heating plays a main role during glass heating. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for continuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well.
LD-BC JetConvection double bent bi-directional tempering furnace adopts JetConvection heating technology and they both have two bending quenching sections that lie on both sides of the heating furnace. By loading the glass in different direction, the furnace can temper different radius bent glass. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
Technical Features:
1) There are one B bending tempering section and one C bending section on both sides of the heating section; by loading the glass in different direction, the furnace can satisfy user's different requirements on bent tempered glass;
2) It adopts JetConvection heating technology; it can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc;
3) It can temper the best quality large size, thick bent glass for architectures and small size, thin bent glass for furniture, etc. |
